Dubai is a city with unique and stupendous architecture. Here we see the famous 160 story The iconic "Burj Khalifa" which is currently the tallest structure in the world. You can buy a ticket and ascend to the top for a fabulous view of Dubai.
Everywhere you go in Dubai you will come upon scenes like this one.
While walking through the city it is not uncommon to see amazing view from between buildings.
Another Dubai icon is the "Burj Al Arab" which is an elegant 5-Star hotel that is shaped like a sail and sits on its own island. The inside decor is as unique as it's exterior complete with a floor to ceiling aquarium in its restaurant.

Most drivers dread roadway roundabouts in foreign cities. The roundabouts in the UAE region are actually very creative and beautiful. As people who really like condiments, we found this roundabout to be especially enjoyable!
The massive Dubai Mall is famous all over the world. It is a truly beautiful place to shop and eat. The mall also boasts a ski slope; aquarium, skating rink and more!
Here we see Jim sporting one of his favorite activities-browsing in a bookstore. This store is located in the Dubai mall and like everything else in the mall, it's huge!
We had lunch at a restaurant that faces this beautiful harbor view.
Old Dubai is as lovely as it's newer counterpart. Here, you can visit wonderful art galleries, charming tea shops and restaurants.
Randy and Jim took a boat tour of the "Dubai Creek." The "Creek" is actually a large body of water. From the boat, one can view the architectural wonders of Dubai from another angle than the city facades.
